Bray 3-1 Weston
Bray 3rds took on Weston at home for their last home match of the season. Bray were slow to start and soon got into a repeat attack from the Weston side. Thankfully the Bray defence managed to keep them at bay. Encouraging words during half time lifted Bray’s spirits, but Bray came under attack again, and Weston scored. Bray continued to attack, and won a short corner. Roisin Ni Chearbhaill received the shot, and slapped it into the back of the net. The Bray side began to play their wining game, and began to work together. Great passing up the wings allowed the ball to be controlled by Hannah Holden, and she took a reverse shot, straight into the net. Bray weren’t finished yet, as Hannah got a second, making it a 3-1 win for Bray. Bray to play their last match of the season against YMCA next Saturday away.
